Deceptive advertising???
Sep. 15th, 2006 06:05 pmGotta love id10ts that think they have to confuse other stores alientele to get a litle business.... I was a little surprised when I opened a copy of computer source mag and found a company advertising in there that currently has a store on Aurora ave, up towards lynnwood, advertising that they were opening a new store, down in tukwila... and the picture they are using of their tukwila location is none other than a store that I worked at their seattle location for about a year or so.
being the curious sort I am, I called the store i used to work for and they have no plans of closing their Tukwila location anytime soon, they had also noticed the pic (of their building, with their store sign/logo carefully cropped (the right side of the bldg was cropped off) but with their distinctive Red & white VW van prominant inthe picture....
I don't understand what prompts a company to at least insinuate something false like this or blatantly lie about where their new locaion is going to open up at.
